Jr. NBA Community Coach of the Year
The Raptors 905 will be awarding ONE (1) – Jr. NBA Coach of the Year awards!
Do you know a basketball coach making a difference in the community? Have they made a significant impact on you or someone you know? Are they making a positive impact on children by demonstrating outstanding integrity, character and leadership? Help support them and their team by nominating them as the Raptors 905 Jr. NBA Community or Scholastic Coach of the Year!
The Jr. NBA Coach of the Year program celebrates youth basketball coaches who uphold the core values of the game – teamwork, respect, determination, and community – and inspires them to continue teaching the fundamentals of the game. The award is designed to recognize coaches who have made a lasting impact on boys and girls aged 14 and under in communities around the world while positively influencing the overall youth basketball ecosystem, including players, coaches, parents, and referees.
Jr. NBA Community Coach of the Year
Coach that exhibits a lasting impact on their community as a whole; coach can work with non-profit and community organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, or club/travel-based programs.
One winner will be selected to represent the Raptors 905 market for the (2024-2025) Jr. NBA Community Coach of the Year.
The winner will receive:
• Recognition at a future 905 game
• Recognized across all Raptors 905 Social Media
• A pair of tickets to one Raptors 905 game of their choice during the 2025-2026 season
• One $200 Pizza Pizza gift card for the winning coach and team
• Co-branded Jr. NBA & Raptors 905 Coach of the Year Award
• Raptors 905 Prize Pack – including autographed items
• Recognition on Jr. NBA Coach of the Year website
*Must coach kids between the age of 6-14 to be eligible. Application closes April 3, 2025.
