To access your tickets for all home games this season, use your ACCOUNT MANAGER
If this is your first time using account manager, please follow the below steps:

  • Enter the e-mail address associated with your account
  • Click ‘Forgot Password’
  • A temporary password will be e-mailed to you to log in
  • You will then be required to change your password

Preferred Members Only parking located in Parking Lot B1
*must present member parking pass to access the lot

Designated Member Bypass Line – Located at B Arena Gate 4 entrance

Account Manager Guide


Managing Tickets

Account Manager provides many options to ensure that you get the best value out of your Membership. These options include transferring tickets or donating tickets to other fans.
 
Tickets can be managed either through the upcoming events displayed on your “Homepage” or through the “Manage My Tickets” tab also located on your homepage.

 

Transferring Tickets

01.
Select the Game

  • Click “Transfer Tickets”
  • Check the boxes next to the seat you want to transfer
  • Once the seats are selected, “Transfer” will light up
  • Click “Transfer” and then “Continue” on the next pop up box

Enter Recipient Information

  • Enter an optional message for the recipient
  • Click “Transfer”

03.
Transfer Summary

  • Here you’ll see a summary of your ticket transfer. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You can now return home or manage more tickets.

Donating Tickets

Through your Membership, you’re able to donate your tickets to our partnered charity. Donations will need to take place four business days before an event. A tax receipt will be issued by the charity about 2 weeks after the game.

Manage My Tickets page

  • Click on “···” in the top right corner
  • Click “Donate to Charity”
  • Check the boxes next to other seats you want to donate
  • Click “Transfer” and then “Continue” on the next pop up box

Donation Summary

  • Here you’ll see the tickets you’ve donated. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You can now return home or manage more tickets.

Transfer Summary

  • Here you’ll see a summary of your ticket transfer. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You can now return home or manage more tickets.

 

Membership Auto-Renewal


The renewal of your Membership will be automatically setup using the same payment preferences that were used last season. If your payment information has not changed, no action is required!

Payment Plan Options:

  • Annual Payment – Pay your membership in full
  • Semi-Annual Payments – Pay your membership over two 50% installments
  • Monthly Payments – Monthly Installment Payment Plan
