Raptors 905, the NBA G League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, announced Monday that Scott Brown Jr. has been named general manager and Noah Lewis will serve as the team’s head coach.
"One of the strengths of our organization is our commitment to developing talent at every level – on the court, on the bench and in the front office," Raptors general manager and executive vice-president Bobby Webster said. "Scott and Noah have grown within our system and earned the trust and respect of everyone around them. They’re ambitious, they’re dynamic, and we're excited to see them build on 905's success while shaping its next chapter."
Brown Jr., 30, joined Raptors 905 in 2023 as manager of basketball operations and was promoted to assistant general manager in 2025. A native of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, he has more than a decade of experience in player evaluation, logistics and event management. Brown Jr. earned a master's degree in athletic administration from Temple University after graduating from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where he completed a bachelor's degree in sport administration while playing basketball.
After graduating from Alberta's Mount Royal University, Lewis, 32, completed a master's degree in Sports Business and Leadership from Loughborough University London in the United Kingdom. He joined the Raptors as a Wayne and Theresa Embry Fellow for the 2021-22 season, gaining experience across multiple areas of the organization. Lewis then served as an assistant coach with Raptors 905 during the 2022-23 season before returning to the Raptors in 2023 as a video coordinator and player development coach.
"The Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905 operate with a shared vision, a shared culture and a shared commitment to development," Rajakovic said. "Scott and Noah have been instrumental in strengthening that connection. They understand who we are as an organization, the standards we set and the environment we want to create for our players. I'm excited to see them step into these roles and continue building a place where players and staff can grow, compete and reach their full potential."
