Raptors 905, NBA G League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, announced Saturday additions to the basketball and franchise operations staff. Luke Winn joins as Assistant General Manager and Canadian Olympian Tammy Sutton-Brown joins as Associate of Basketball and Franchise Operations.
Winn enters his fifth season with the Raptors organization and will continue his role with the Raptors as Director, Prospect Strategy. The Northwestern grad joined the front office in 2017, after a 15-year journalism career covering basketball and the Olympics at Sports Illustrated, where he was a senior writer.
Sutton-Brown joins the 905 after a successful 12-year professional basketball career, playing internationally in South Korea, Russia, Czech Republic, and Turkey. The WNBA champion was picked 18th overall in the 2001 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever after four collegiate seasons at Rutgers (1997-01).
Graeme Campbell has been promoted to Head Athletic Trainer after spending three years with the 905 as a strength and conditioning coach. The Concordia grad most recently worked with the head athletic trainer for the Guelph Nighthawks (CEBL) and strength and condition coach with the Raptors summer league team.
Additionally, Stefano Toniutti has been promoted to Manager of Basketball Operations after spending the last two years as the Manager of Media and Digital
Content and Jose Garcia-Perez joins basketball operations as Coordinator of Basketball Operations & Equipment.
Lastly the team welcomes Javed Thadani as the Manager of Team Operations, Culture and Safia Hersi as the Coordinator of Team Operations and Communications, and Nikki Garcia joins the medical team as a Physical Therapist.
