Raptors 905, the NBA G League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, announced Saturday the selections of Devon Daniels and Hasahn French in the 2022-23 NBA G League Draft.
Daniels, picked 20th overall, appeared in 109 career games (74 starts) over three seasons at North Carolina State (2018-21) and one season at the University of Utah (2016-17). As a senior, the Battle Creek, Michigan native averaged career-highs of 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 12 games (11 starts).
French, picked 33rd overall, appeared in 117 career games (116 starts) over four seasons at Saint Louis (2017-21). In 19 games (all starts) as a senior, he averaged 9.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 25.2 minutes of action. A native of Middletown, New York, French was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team (2018), Third Team (2019), Second Team (2020), and All-Defensive Team (2019, 2020) during his time at Saint Louis.
Following the draft, the Raptors 905 claimed Both Gach from the available player pool. Gach appeared in 116 career games (64 starts) over one season at the University of Minnesota and three seasons at the University of Utah. The Minnesota native owns career averages of 8.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
