SABEN LEE RETURNS TO RAPTORS 905

Raptors 905, the NBA G League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors announced Thursday that guard Saben Lee has returned to the team following a call-up with the Philadelphia 76ers. In a corresponding move, the team has traded guard Melvin Frazier Jr. to the Westchester Knicks for the returning rights to centre Jeremiah Tilmon. The roster now stands at 12.

In seven games (all starts) for the 905, the third-year guard averaged 21.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 2.1 steals in 34.0 minutes per contest.

Lee averaged 24.6 points, 5.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.1 steals across eight games (all starts) for the Delaware Blue Coats. He owns NBA career averages of 5.5 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 3.3 assists across 87 games (seven starts) for the Detroit Pistons and Philadelphia 76ers.

The Vanderbilt product was selected with the 38th pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz after averaging 18.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists across 32 games (17 starts) his junior year.

Frazier Jr. has appeared in 13 games (one start) for Raptors 905, averaging 6.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.3 steals in 20.8 minutes per game. The Marrero, LA native was selected 35th overall in the 2018 NBA draft after posting 15.9 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 2.2 steals in his final season at Tulane University. Tilmon, 6-10, 260lbs, is currently playing for CS Dinamo Bucuresti of the Romanian Division A League.
